Solid Surface

Corian offers benefits that are not available from naturally occurring stone.  The most notable is Corian's ability to be repaired from daily wear and tear.  As it is a solid countertop, there is no chance of separation or delamination, a danger with laminated products over time.  It is not liquid permeable, non-porous, easy to seam together, and free of dangerous chemicals.  

Because of its man-made nature, Corian is able to be endlessly replicated.  This bypasses the challenges of matching individual slabs together for a cohesive final product.
